How Do I make a Return/Exchange?

At Quirky Brown Cow, we do our best to give you value to your purchases because we love shopping as much as you do! If there's any problem with your order, please feel free to drop us an email and we'll be glad to be of assistance.

Returns

We accept returns from unsatisfied customers within 10 days upon receipt of the package, in the form of store credit.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and in their original state.

All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories such as belts, scarves, brooches, straps, etc.

Returns which are damaged or soiled may be delivered back to the customer and a refund will be refused.

Exchange

Exchange of items that does not fit can be done subject to stock availability.
Should the item be out of stock, we will refund you with store credit of the end value.

All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories such as belts, scarves, brooches, straps, etc.

Kindly email us at info@quirkybrowncow.com to arrange for an exchange or return.
Jewelries, bags, belts, and items bought during promotion, at a discounted price, redemption, or using discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customer is responsible for all return postage fees.

Quirky Brown Cow is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
